Information accessed from Google
For sign-in, the application requests your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status, and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture. The intended sign-in permissions are openid, email, and profile. The application uses Google only for sign-in. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, or other Google content.
How information is used
We use sign-in information to identify your work account, maintain your authenticated session, apply access permissions, and support the security and operation of internal tools.
Storage and protection
Account identifiers and profile information may be stored in the application’s account records. Authentication and session information are processed by the services that provide sign-in. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers as needed to operate and secure the application.
Sharing and permitted use
Google sign-in information is used for authentication, account administration, and security. It is not sold or used for advertising. Service providers may process this information on CFI’s behalf to provide hosting and authentication; information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Retention and deletion
Account information is kept while needed to provide authorized access. Security records may be retained where needed for security investigations or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact CFI’s Privacy Officer using the contact details in the CFI Privacy Policy. Applicable retention requirements may limit what can be deleted immediately.
Your choices
You may stop using the application and remove its Google connection through your Google Account connections. Removing a connection does not by itself delete information previously retained by CFI. Contact your CFI administrator to disable internal access.
