These terms cover access to CFI Documentation, operated by CFI Education Inc.
Authorized access
You may use the application only if CFI has authorized your access, and only for your authorized work. Google sign-in verifies your identity; it does not create an entitlement to access any CFI service or information.
Account responsibility
Use your own authorized account, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to your CFI administrator. Do not share sessions, bypass access controls, or use the application to access information you are not permitted to use.
Confidentiality and acceptable use
Follow applicable CFI employment or contractor agreements, confidentiality obligations, and information security policies. Do not misuse the application, disrupt its operation, or disclose internal information without authorization.
Changes and access removal
CFI may change or discontinue internal tools and suspend or remove access when authorization ends or when necessary to protect its systems and users.
Privacy and other agreements
The application privacy policy explains the handling of Google sign-in information. These terms do not replace applicable employment, contractor, or other agreements with CFI. CFI’s separate customer terms of service remain applicable to the products and services within their scope.
